Skills & Behaviors We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (or the ability to learn quickly)
  • Light bookkeeping or financial admin experience
  • Strong attention to detail — you notice when numbers don’t tie
  • Comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to follow SOPs and checklists consistently
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment
  • Clear, kind, professional communication
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • A love for organization, systems, and clean data

What You’ll Do (Your Task List)

  • Bookkeeping Support
  • Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Assist with monthly bookkeeping clean-up
  • Support sales tax registrations and filing preparation
  • Review accounts for accuracy and flag issues
  • Data & Operations Support
  • Perform Excel / Google Sheets data entry and tracking
  • Assist with inventory management and documentation
  • Maintain organized digital files and records
  • Support internal workflows and SOPs
  • Assist with client onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Provide client communication support

You’ll work closely with senior bookkeepers and the owner to keep files accurate, consistent, and moving forward.
