Skills & Behaviors We’re Looking For:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Light bookkeeping or financial admin experience
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when numbers don’t tie
- Comfort working in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to follow SOPs and checklists consistently
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment
- Clear, kind, professional communication
- Strong time management and reliability
- A love for organization, systems, and clean data
What You’ll Do (Your Task List)
- Bookkeeping Support
- Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with monthly bookkeeping clean-up
- Support sales tax registrations and filing preparation
- Review accounts for accuracy and flag issues
- Data & Operations Support
- Perform Excel / Google Sheets data entry and tracking
- Assist with inventory management and documentation
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Support internal workflows and SOPs
- Assist with client onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Provide client communication support
You’ll work closely with senior bookkeepers and the owner to keep files accurate, consistent, and moving forward.
